Performs project management duties to assure that all projects are completed in a safe, professional manner, within budget and schedule guidelines, and at a fair profit

Required

Knowledge of all phases of construction

Knowledge of scheduling complex projects

Skill at identifying changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules

Ability to provide leadership for projects and company

Ability to present information in a clear and understandable manner

B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field or equivalent through experience

10 years' experience in the construction industry with a minimum of years' in project management
