The Lead Business Strategy & Forecasting Analyst will analyze trends, evaluate performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to guide strategic decisions in the Property & Casualty line of business.

Responsibilities
Lead discussions with stakeholders to share insights from data analysis, support strategy development, and influence business decisions
Oversee identification of key business assumptions and continually refine hypotheses to address strategic questions
Design analytical frameworks to address business portfolio, product, or member experience questions and guide team members in executing these analyses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify complex insights across Profit & Loss performance, including areas such as pricing, marketing, sales, credit risk, distribution, and customer experience
Apply advanced analytical methods to improve prioritization, measure outcomes, and evaluate risks to strategic objectives
Provide leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job guidance to team members
Ensure all business activities comply with risk management and regulatory policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or consulting, with progressive experience in strategy development preferred
Proven ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative analyses into actionable business insights
Demonstrated experience collaborating with leadership teams to develop and refine business strategy
Advanced analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python, R, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, or similar platforms
Preferred
Expertise in forecasting using historical and emerging trends
Experience analyzing variances between actual performance and plans, scenario modeling, and KPI reporting
Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and modeling techniques
Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance is advantageous
