As a Building Automation Controls Service Technician, you will be responsible for developing, assisting, and maintaining the design of temperature control systems for HVAC systems in various facilities, while also managing project documentation and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair customer HVAC controls through spot service
Perform TSA agreements according to Setpoint standards and procedures
Participate in periodic 24/7 emergency on-call service and warranty calls
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Assist with device requisitions and manpower scheduling
Identify opportunities to sell new Technical Support Agreements
Promote upgrades to current systems
Occasional out-of-state travel to service customer sites

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training; and/or:
5+ years of HVAC experience and/or training
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-governing, detail-oriented, and versatile position
Passion for problem-solving and creative thinking

Preferred

Building Automation experience
Delta Controls experience
Systems Integrator experience
HVAC service and maintenance experience
