Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of OneStream planning applications, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, tailored to clients’ FP&A needs
Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions
Manage and mentor a team of OneStream consultants and developers, fostering skill development and high-quality delivery
Ensure best practices in solution architecture, data modeling, business rules, and cube structures aligned with OneStream standards
Oversee project lifecycles—from discovery to deployment—ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes across multiple FP&A implementations
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of OneStream with ERPs and data sources
Stay current on OneStream innovations and guide clients on optimization opportunities and roadmap planning

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream implementation, with a focus on FP&A use cases
Proven track record delivering budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions using OneStream
Strong functional knowledge of finance processes, particularly around corporate planning, variance analysis, and performance management
Experience leading project teams or managing direct reports in a consulting or delivery environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional conversations between finance and IT
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships with minimal oversight

Preferred

OneStream Planning or Lead Architect Certification is a strong plus
