Advise on domestic and international M&A transactions in tech and life sciences
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including purchase agreements and shareholder agreements
Conduct detailed legal due diligence and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Support negotiations and provide strategic input on deal structures and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A at a leading law firm or in-house team
Proven experience handling transactions in technology and life sciences sectors
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and deliver exceptional client service
Candidates must have a JD from a top 20 Law School
