Mid LevelDCOMM, Inc. is growing and seeking experienced Drop Bury Technicians to work as independent contractors or W2 employees. The role involves burying fiber and coax drops, performing driveway and road bores, and ensuring job sites are restored to a clean and professional condition.

Responsibilities
Bury fiber and coax drops at residential and commercial properties
Perform driveway and road bores as required
Restore job sites to a clean and professional condition
Work independently or manage your own crew to complete assigned work orders
Communicate effectively with project managers and coordinators
Qualification
Required
Must operate as a 1099 contractor under an active LLC or DBA - OR - interested in W2 employment
Provide General Liability and Commercial Auto Insurance
Have your own truck, trailer, and equipment
Pass a drug test and background check
Experience in fiber optic burial and knowledge of construction safety practices
Willingness to travel as needed
Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
Able to use hand tools, read maps/blueprints, and perform physical labor
