Responsibilities

Develop and deepen relationships within existing accounts and create new networks
Partner with BD and senior leaders to align UBC’s services with client goals and enable commercial opportunities
Actively contribute to all commercial engagements, including speculation, capabilities, RFIs, RFP, proposals and presentations
Serve as senior-level partner in proposal / budget preparation and bid defenses
Represent UBC at external scientific and industry meetings
Guide strategic scientific and operational input into proposals and execution
Personally write and ensure innovative solutions and methodological content in proposals
Collaborate with Marketing on content and messaging
Lead and work closely with UBC experts to deliver differentiating strategies
Provide leadership aligned with UBC’s mission
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Maintain deep industry knowledge
Manage senior-level relationships with clients and partners

Qualification

Required

20+ years in pharma services or related industry
Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account planning
Strong leadership, writing, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations
