Loan applicant interviews to document income, debit and credit history
Gather applicant documentation
Maintain communication with applicant throughout application process
Work closely with loan underwriter
Ensure accuracy, compliance and service are up to Credit Union standards
Qualification
Required
Two years of financial industry experience required in addition to two years of real estate lending experience
Associate degree or completion of specialized course of study or apprenticeship program
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
This position requires a high level of trust and diplomacy
Preferred
Two to five years of related experience
