Responsibilities
Use a scanner to convert physical dental records into digital records for use in our digital design process
Milling the AvaDent acrylic denture pucks by loading the corresponding milling files, checking machine calibration, and loading the puck on the 5-axis milling machine system
3D printing of dentures by loading the corresponding design files, maintenance of the printer, build execution, and post processing the part
Scanning the denture as part of a quality control check
Qualification
Required
The Milling technician should have a high school degree or equivalent
Computer skills are required
Prior experience in a manufacturing technician role, following work instructions and using equipment, preferably a CNC mill, is desired
Technical aptitude and enthusiasm to learn new skills are key
