Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations to ensure residents receive excellent care and support
Mentor, coach, and develop your team while creating a dependable, engaged work environment
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Work closely with sales and manage budgets to support census and financial goals
Ensure compliance with state regulations and uphold Agemark’s standards for care and service
Represent the community within the Greater Omaha area and maintain positive local connections
Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field
Experience working in or overseeing memory care, assisted living, or independent living
A steady, approachable leader who can support staff and hold them accountable
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfort with MS Office 365 and web-based systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience managing people and budgets
