The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring effective planning, cost control, and quality execution.

Responsibilities
Manage project delivery from contract award through completion
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and project controls
Coordinate with owners, designers, inspectors, and internal leadership
Lead project teams with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
Participate in preconstruction and procurement activities as required
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Project Manager on mid-to-large scale construction projects ($30M+)
Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, and contract administration
Stable employment history with demonstrated project ownership
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Ability to work within the Washington, D.C. metro area
Preferred
Background in federal, institutional, higher education, or other complex construction
Experience working for ENR top 400 ranked general contractors
