Office Assistant

Public Relations & Communications

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Organize and maintain office filing systems both electronic and paper-based
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications including memos, letters, and reports
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries and shipments
Perform various data entry tasks and maintain databases to ensure accuracy

MS Office SuiteAdministrative experienceOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
Proven experience as an office assistant or in another administrative role
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
