Responsibilities

Software & Licensing: Install, configure, upgrade, and manage licenses for CAD software (like AutoCAD, Revit)

Standards & Templates: Develop and enforce company-wide CAD standards, including file naming, templates, and drawing formats

Technical Support: Provide first-line troubleshooting for users, resolving issues with software performance, file referencing, and errors

Data Management: Oversee CAD file storage, security, access, and integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

Training & Best Practices: Train new users, document processes, and recommend improvements for design workflows

System Performance: Collaborate with IT to ensure CAD systems run efficiently and integrate with the broader network

Required
