This role focuses on the design, development, and ongoing support of integrations across Workday modules, including Human Capital Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
Support integrations across Workday HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sourcing
Partner with the Workday Program Manager and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing integrations
Ensure integration solutions align with Workday best practices and organizational standards
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Workday integration tools and technologies
Experience supporting multiple Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
