Responsibilities

Lead engagements end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment of project delivery with client expectations and strategic goals
Drive strategic problem-solving, synthesizing data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Present findings and value-driven insights to senior client stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Support business development, including proposal development, client pitches, and identifying new whitespace opportunities
Shape client agendas, using your industry perspective and strategic acumen to influence outcomes
Develop IP and thought leadership, staying ahead of industry shifts in fintech, AI, and digital innovation
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing hands-on coaching and helping cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture
Contribute to firm growth, by bringing new ideas, building capabilities, and expanding our footprint in the Financial Services sector
Play a visible role in practice development, including offering creation, go-to-market strategy, and cross-practice collaboration

Required

8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related advisory role
Deep expertise across Financial Services sectors, including: Asset & Wealth Management, Financial Markets Infrastructure (e.g., exchanges, custodians, data providers), Banking
Demonstrated leadership in one or more of the following domains: Growth strategy & business model innovation, Cost transformation & operational performance, Deal strategy (due diligence, PMI, carve-outs, 100-day plans), Pricing strategy & revenue optimization, Data, digital, and platform modernization, Emerging tech: AI, analytics, digital product strategy
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and complex projects
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with strong storytelling and executive presence
Analytical strength and comfort working through unstructured challenges and ambiguous data
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate insight into impact
Bachelor's degree required
Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States

Preferred

Experience in a top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4 Strategy, or equivalent) strongly preferred but not strictly required for exceptional candidates
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
