Responsibilities
Translate brand goals into creative concepts and multi-platform content strategies
Use data, audience insights, and trends to inform campaign direction and maximize performance
Lead brainstorming sessions and guide teams from idea conception to execution
Analyze past campaigns to identify what works, what doesn’t, and why
Collaborate with data teams to track KPIs, optimize performance, and iterate in real-time
Balance bold, unconventional ideas with measurable results
Develop strategies for social, digital, and paid media campaigns that resonate with target audiences
Ensure creative ideas are platform-appropriate, attention-grabbing, and highly shareable
Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and brand identity across all content
Work closely with videographers, editors, influencers, and production teams to bring strategies to life
Serve as the creative lens for brand partnerships, translating business objectives into compelling content
Mentor and guide junior strategists to build a culture of creativity and strategic thinking
Monitor emerging trends in social media, digital storytelling, and audience behavior
Identify opportunities for innovation and experiment with new content formats
Bring 'what’s next' thinking into every campaign and strategy session
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in creative strategy, social media strategy, or brand marketing
Proven ability to turn insights into creative campaigns that drive measurable results
Comfortable interpreting analytics, consumer research, and social trends to inform creative decisions
Deep understanding of digital culture, social platforms, and audience behavior
Excellent communication skills; you can inspire creative teams and stakeholders alike
You thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments and can pivot quickly when needed
You track KPIs like mission-critical readouts and obsess over continuous improvement
You thrive on building campaigns that not only look amazing but drive tangible business results
