Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for multiple active projects, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
Lead project teams through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout
Maintain ownership of project financial performance, forecasting, billing, and margin execution
Serve as the senior point of contact for owners, developers, and design partners
Partner closely with internal preconstruction, VDC, and operations leadership
Support pursuit strategy, interviews, and select business development efforts
Mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers; build long-term leadership bench strength
Travel or relocate as required to support live project work
Qualification
Required
12–20+ years of experience with a top-tier CM or general contractor
Demonstrated success delivering large, complex vertical construction projects ($100M+)
Experience working in fast-paced, design-forward environments with demanding clients
Strong understanding of modern construction technology, VDC/BIM, and data-driven project controls
Strong job tenure
Willingness to travel extensively or relocate to project locations as business needs dictate
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
