QuantumScape is seeking a hands-on Battery Pack Team Lead and a senior level EHSS manager to support their dynamic team. The roles involve leading teams in battery pack architecture and managing EHS operations to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead Cell Integration and Pack Engineer

Own pack architecture, delivery, and team execution for programs that integrate next‑generation cells into safe, reliable, and testable packs

Lead a small team (engineers and technicians)

Act as the technical authority on pack design & validation

Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet schedule, performance, safety, and quality targets

EHSS Operations Manager, PMTS

Manage EHS operations on a day-to-day level

Ensure regulatory requirements and permit conditions are met

Look at the effect of today’s decisions on future planning flexibility

Build trust with all levels

Bring integrity and customer focus to the implementation of EHSS programs

Take personal accountability for the team’s safety
