The role involves day-to-day field leadership and overall jobsite execution on large, complex construction projects, ensuring schedule adherence, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractor execution
Develop and manage master schedules and detailed look-ahead planning
Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across the jobsite
Coordinate closely with Project Management and Operations leadership
Drive productivity, sequencing, and issue resolution in the field
Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff
Participate in preconstruction planning and logistics development as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent delivering ground-up projects
Demonstrated success on projects ranging from $20M to $300M+
Strong scheduling capability (P6 or Microsoft Project required)
Stable employment history and hands-on leadership style
Comfortable leveraging technology and structured project controls
Local to DFW or Austin, or open to relocation
Preferred
Experience in K-12, commercial, aviation, healthcare, industrial, or institutional work preferred
