Responsibilities
Establish key performance metrics to monitor and improve process performance
Manage hiring, retention, and performance management for the Quality Assurance team
Assess quality trends and drive continuous improvement for processes and product quality performance, including root cause corrective actions
Participate in new product development
Review and prepare test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
Maintain high standards of quality activities within your team by establishing best practices and habits
Accountability for quality control and quality assurance activities at the site
Qualification
Required
Business (Bachelor's degree) or Natural Sciences (Bachelor's degree)
Minimum six (6) years of experience in people management
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in field
OR with a Masters Degree: Minimum four (4) years of experience in people management
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in field
Preferred
Experience with AS9100 and ISO9001 is highly preferred
