Chief Revenue Officer
Digna Recruitment is partnering with a well-funded private credit firm focused on real estate finance. They are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to design and lead the end-to-end revenue strategy, build and scale a multi-channel sales organization, and drive revenue execution across various loan products.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the firm’s revenue growth strategy across lending products
Design and scale a sales organisation, including originators and centrally based sales teams
Determine market entry strategy: which geographies to enter, sequencing, and resourcing
Set and manage production targets, KPIs, and incentive structures aligned to long-term growth
Recruit, develop, and lead senior sales leadership
Partner closely with credit, operations, and marketing to ensure revenue execution matches underwriting and capital strategy
Provide regular reporting and strategic insight to the CEO
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and scaling an origination platform within a non-bank lender, private credit fund, or real estate finance business
Background leading originations teams
Demonstrated ability to move from strategy to execution - designing systems, then making them work
Comfortable operating in the detail: markets, headcount planning, production math, and incentives
Credible executive presence with the ability to influence across the organisation
