Responsibilities
Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents across complex customer interactions
Own systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and iteration
Experiment with and evaluate state-of-the-art text and voice models, then integrate them at scale
Identify patterns across customer use cases to guide platform and product evolution
Solve deep systems and scalability challenges in production environments
Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions
Qualification
Required
2 to 8 years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering at a high-bar tech company, HFT firm, or hyper-growth startup
Comfortable owning complex systems
Enjoy end-to-end responsibility
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take pride in shipping high-quality work
Location - Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco or NYC. This is a fully in-office role
