They are seeking a Sales BDC / Inside Sales Coordinator to facilitate communication between customers and the dealership, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments without engaging in selling tactics.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to customer phone calls
Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request
Schedule appointments and update customer/vehicle information inside the designated software program
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Friendly attitude
Great speaking skills over the phone
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
This position requires times when you will be in a stationary position (e.g.: seated at a desk) for up to 100% of the time
The person in this position also needs to move about inside and outside our facility to access paperwork, file cabinets, office machinery, etc
The person in this position also frequently communicates with customers and coworkers about our product and service offerings
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Preferred
Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
