Responsibilities
Plan, build, maintain, and manage IT networks for international logistics operations to ensure stability, security, and efficiency
Deploy network infrastructure for new warehouse and station setup, including switches, routers, cabling, and wireless networks
Provide daily IT support for office and warehouse devices, including computers, printers, PDAs, scanners, and related hardware
Conduct regular IT inspections, troubleshooting, and incident response; implement risk prevention and emergency measures
Support project launches and ongoing operations in coordination with business and operations teams
Assist with IT asset management and documentation for local facilities
Participate in team meetings and provide on-call/rotational support during holidays or intercontinental working hours when required
Qualification
Required
Mandarin Chinese is required, as this position works closely with China-based HQ and Chinese-speaking teams
Valid U.S. work authorization (the company cannot sponsor work visas)
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to adapt to occasional overtime or off-hours support
Preferred
Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field preferred
1+ year of experience in Network Support / Desktop Support / IT Support
Experience supporting logistics, warehousing, or distribution center environments is a strong plus
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin required for daily work communication)
Familiarity with network devices, basic routing/switching, office and warehouse IT equipment
