Responsibilities
Serve as the DMPK project representative for global cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Provide expert guidance on experimental plans and data interpretation, particularly in ADME-PK-DDI or PK-PD modeling and simulation
Design, implement, and interpret DMPK experiments in collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
Analyze complex datasets, connect findings, and present conclusions to stakeholders
Document all experimental activities and results accurately
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to drive project success and share knowledge
Write and review research manuscripts, project documents, and milestone reports
Represent the organization at scientific conferences and global meetings as a subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in ADME principles, with knowledge of PK-PD modeling or biotransformation highly desirable
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex scientific challenges independently and collaboratively
Experience working with CROs and managing outsourced ADME-related projects
Excellent communication skills to convey scientific findings to diverse audiences
Relevant publications or abstracts in metabolism, drug interaction, or PK-PD modeling
Proficiency in cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
Preferred
Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) with industry or post-doctoral experience preferred
