Responsibilities
Utilize mechanical and refrigeration design concepts and code knowledge to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects
Train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks
Qualification
Required
2 years of work experience in the Refrigeration or Mechanical field or design industry
2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Refrigeration or Mechanical field or related
2 years equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related field from an accredited college or university
1 year applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD
1 year experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing engineering elements, and using physical drafting tools
Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design, energy audits, etc
