Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records in compliance with state and federal laws
Process employment changes, pay adjustments, and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs)
Assist with payroll processing, audits, and reporting
Support HR audits, reporting, and policy updates
Process accounts payable, expense reports, and vendor payments
Assist with accounts receivable tracking and reconciliations
Support general ledger entries and month-end close activities
Reconcile payroll and benefits expenses with financial records
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and grant or contract documentation
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
Minimum 3–5 years of combined experience in Accounting and Human Resources
Payroll and benefits administration experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in nonprofit accounting, healthcare, Medicaid-funded, or government-regulated environments strongly preferred
