The role focuses on assisting the Studio Manager with sales and customer service, building relationships with prospects, and converting them into members of the community.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed
Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email
Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals
Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift
Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s
Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals
Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio
Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
Smile a ridiculous amount
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message
Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people
Strong sales and customer service skills
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
Punctual, reliable and professional
Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events
Preferred
Pilates and/or fitness knowledge or background is helpful but not required
