Responsibilities
Provide broad program leadership for multiple large projects or significant segments of large complex projects
Possess and apply comprehensive program management knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Act as a principal program spokesperson
Resolve complex program management and organizational problems
Lead work and outcomes of team members to integrate into project objectives
Exhibit a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem solving
Achieve objectives and solve problems in creative and innovative ways
Provide frequent critical and prominent subject matter input to major decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's preferred
Holds and maintains an active Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification through the Project Management Institute throughout the duration of this contract
10 years of project management experience managing a multi-disciplinary project team
Preferred
Experience managing a government project
Experience with large scale case management systems in health care domains
Demonstrated experience overseeing projects involving Siebel CRM implementations or upgrades
Familiarity with Siebel workflows, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication for Siebel-related initiatives
