Responsibilities
Managing inventory levels and stockroom organization in our new retail store
Process inbound and outbound shipments
Unpack and prepare merchandise
Verify the contents against purchase orders
Conducting regular inventory counts
Tracking product movements
Identifying discrepancies
Organizing stock in the stockroom
Ensuring that all products are easily accessible and that products are stored in a safe and secure manner
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in the stockroom
Following all safety guidelines and procedures
Operating equipment such as hand trucks and ladders to move and transport products
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Some college coursework preferred
