Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration and facilitation of performance management, engagement, compensation, and employee relations processes
Serve as a key partner to leadership and employees, ensuring human resource practices align with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent years of applicable Human Resources Generalist experience, of which two include employee relations and compensation
Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience in a mid-to-large organization
PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or desire and motivation to complete within first year of employment
Exhibited experience with compensation benchmarking tools and salary structure design
Familiarity with open shop and union environments
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to work as a team member and independently
Demonstrated strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Intermediate level of proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs, including excel
Proven experience in employee relations and compensation strategy development
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in an ethical and professional manner
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
