Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across the full tech stack (e.g. platform development, third party integrations, client and data migrations and product upgrades)
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
Manage cross-functional teams including product, architects, vendors, business stakeholders and delivery teams
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement within the EPMO
Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage and report on project progress
Qualification
Required
8 + years ' experience as a technical project manager
Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans
Highly organized, able to prioritize workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure
Self-motivated and pro-active
Knowledge and experience of PM governance and tools including Jira
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
Strong background in financial services or banking environments
Experience in coordinating multiple delivery teams across multiple geographies
