ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed requirements for ServiceNow modules
Process Mapping: Analyze existing business processes and propose streamlined workflows leveraging ServiceNow functionality
Solution Design: Partner with developers and architects to align platform configurations with ITIL best practices
Agile Documentation: Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and use cases for configurations and integrations
Testing & QA: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations prior to deployment
Training & Adoption: Provide end-user support and training on new features to ensure a smooth transition

Qualification

ServiceNow implementationsITSMITOMCSMCMDBServiceNow Certified System AdministratorITIL frameworksUser storiesWorkflow modelingAgile/ScrumServiceNow integrationsProfessional BA certifications

Required

5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years dedicated specifically to ServiceNow implementations and process automation
Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
Proficiency in creating user stories, modeling workflows, and translating business needs into technical specs
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Candidates must be local to Arizona to support team alignment and specific time zone requirements

Preferred

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Sprint planning, stand-ups)
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and Flow Designer
Familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM) features like Case Management and Virtual Agent
Professional BA certifications (CBAP, IIBA)
