Responsibilities

Lead Waterworks Projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases—from design to delivery—ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with zero compromises on quality
Drive Sales Growth Support PACE's sales initiatives by managing projects that streamline processes, boost customer engagement, and expand market share
Manage all phases of waterworks projects—from inception to completion—ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding quality standards
Ensure seamless compliance with customer construction schedules
Oversee inventory management, shipments, QA procedures, and fulfillment of all customer requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling order execution, fulfillment, and full account management to build lasting partnerships
Establish and nurture strong sales relationships with key accounts to boost engagement and market share
Direct project execution using PACE's proven methodology and established plans for consistent results
Collaborate with clients and partners to define project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform essential calculations
Integrate and oversee outside contractors, ensuring top-tier service standards and smooth project alignment
Provide hands-on support to contractors and project managers, guaranteeing materials are deployed exactly as planned

Required

Proven project management experience in waterworks or infrastructure
Strong organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments
Passion for customer success and a collaborative team spirit
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years' experience in Project Management, ideally in Waterworks, although applicants with industrial experience considered
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly
Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Preferred

3+ years preferred project management experience in waterworks or infrastructure
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in sales or business development
Knows how to use popular construction project management software
Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers
Collaborates with construction leaders and construction project managers
Excels at organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting
