Responsibilities

Maintain STE/STN Compliance: Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards

Account and Access Management: Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment, implementing security procedures and tools

System Configuration and Management: Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load software, troubleshoot, maintain network integrity, and implement system enhancements

IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day IT support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices

User Assistance: Assist users in accessing and using IT systems, providing support for escalated tickets and detailed analysis

System Optimization and Capacity Planning: Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning

Dispatch System and Hardware Support: Support dispatch systems and hardware issues, configure and install system hardware/software, and maintain server and domain security requirements

Required

Ten or more (10) years of experience as a System Administrator (SA) supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree bringing the required experience to 15 years

Experience with LINUX, Windows and Virtualization

Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
