Responsibilities
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life-safety systems
Manage preventative maintenance schedules across all building systems
Coordinate external contractors, service providers, and vendors
Develop scopes of work, specifications, and support RFPs
Review work orders, bids, and proposals while monitoring budget impact
Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance records, and equipment logs
Support annual inspections and ongoing compliance requirements
Prioritise daily workflows and support the wider maintenance team
Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical and HVAC knowledge (VRF/VRV, VAV, RTU systems)
Experience working with building automation and energy management systems
Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and service partners
Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
Vocational/technical qualification or related degree
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
