Responsibilities

Processes sales and purchases of securities and other investment-related transactions

Maintains accurate records and prepares required documentation to ensure compliance with tax and investment-related reporting

Reviews and interprets investment agreements and documents key decisions and rationale

Responds to routine customer inquiries, schedules appointments, and delivers standard account documentation

Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing and customer profiling to generate leads and additional business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

Coordinates referrals, sales appointments, and requests for information

Coordinates and attends special events, meetings, and seminars

Assists in preparation and review of marketing collateral by proofing for content, disclosures, and accuracy

Attends and leads investment meetings and branch huddles to provide coaching and support

Complies with SEC and FINRA requirements

Manages office supplies

Orders promotional items, display, and program marketing materials (via LPL MOD), ensuring they are up-to-date

Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
