Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing boutique team
Delivering a world-class client experience with a strong focus on VIC and HNW clients
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships and private client networks
Driving sales performance, KPIs and boutique profitability
Ensuring the highest standards of presentation, service and operational excellence
Representing the brand within the Miami Design District luxury community
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Senior Store Manager within luxury jewellery or high-end luxury retail
Strong background in clienteling and relationship-led selling
Polished, confident leadership style with a hands-on approach
Commercially astute with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in flagship or high-profile locations preferred
