Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, and they are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. The role involves ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and the team while managing various administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM
Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment
Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses
Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records
Train and supervise front office staff as needed
Manage all aspects of HR including payroll
Qualification
Required
No degree is needed
We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software
Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Managerial and HR experience Minimum of 2-3 years
Preferred
Prior experience with ADP a plus!!
