The Staff Pricing Analyst will support regional customer pricing and collaborate with the Regional Sales organization to conduct financial analyses, maintain customer relationships, and enable pricing decisions based on market shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform customer level pricing analysis for regional customers
Provide recurring customer analysis to support Finance and Sales organizations
Build and maintain Sales relationships resulting in customer retention and stability/increase of sales to maximize share of wallet

Required

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors Finance or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience
Understanding of business management including P&L, ROI, and break-even analysis
Verbal and written communication skills
Project management skills with ability to complete priorities as directed
Ability to navigate through issues, understand, interpret, and transform financial data as directed
Ability to build basic pricing models using a cloud-based modeling tool (Beginner to Intermediate level)
Strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter: ability to initiate and manage projects under normal supervision
Critical thinking and problem resolution skills
Ability to perform and deliver quality results within a highly matrix environment

Preferred

Previous healthcare, Pharma experience, pharmaceuticals, and payer reimbursements
Experience supporting sales teams
