Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver product/service presentations that address business challenges
Maintain and update CRM tools such as HubSpot and Contract Portals with pipeline and proposal information
Providing Market Research on the leads generated by the Sales team
Analyze the competitive landscape to position offerings effectively
Maintain awareness of current technology and industry trends across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Retail
Qualification
Required

Manage pipeline via tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce etc
Good communication & Analytical skills
Knowledge of SDLC phases and best practices in software project execution
Ability to work under pressure
Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to report effectively to the Pre-Sales Manager
Bachelor's degree in Computing/ IT or Business Management
Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales activities
