They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter / Team Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting and provide leadership to their APP & Allied Recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Manage full-desk recruiting (candidate + client side) for APP and Allied specialties
Lead by example — train, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters
Track performance metrics, KPIs, and report progress to leadership
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and providers
Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and placements
Stay current on market trends, rates, and specialty-specific nuances in APP/Allied staffing

Required

3+ years of proven success in healthcare recruiting
