Responsibilities

Lead field execution for hyperscale and colocation data center builds
Oversee site logistics, daily operations, and subcontractor performance
Ensure alignment with construction schedules, milestones, and critical path
Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve site challenges
Conduct regular site walks, progress meetings, and reporting
Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure readiness for TCO
Mentor and manage field teams and emerging superintendents

Required

10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in data center builds
Proven track record managing field operations on $100M+ projects
Deep knowledge of mission-critical systems and MEP coordination
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to interpret plans, specs, and schedules to drive performance
Experienced in managing subcontractors and multi-phase project delivery
Familiar with QA/QC, commissioning, and owner turnover processes

Preferred

Background in large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs
