Principal Solution Architect – D365 Sales (Healthcare Payer)

SRM Digital LLC is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions for large-scale Healthcare Payer organizations. The role involves advising C-suite stakeholders, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead executive-level business transformation workshops to define future-state (“To-Be”) sales and distribution models for payer organizations
Translate Individual, Group, Medicare, and Medicaid sales models into functional and architectural D365 designs
Advise CIO, CMO, COO, and Sales Leadership on digital CRM strategy and modernization
Own the end-to-end architecture of D365 Sales implementations
Design and govern integrations with: Core Claims Processing platforms (Facets, QNXT), Provider Data Management systems, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing engines
Ensure scalability, performance, and extensibility across the Power Platform ecosystem
Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, ACA, and state-specific Medicaid regulations
Define data security, residency, and Dataverse governance standards for PHI/PII protection
Drive zero-defect delivery through structured UAT, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Lead large-scale data migration from legacy CRM or mainframe systems while preserving historical member data integrity
Act as a Healthcare CRM SME through white papers, industry events, and Microsoft advisory forums
Mentor architects and senior consultants within the organization

Required

15+ years of Microsoft Dynamics experience (Dynamics 4.0/2011 → D365 Cloud)
Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales
Deep functional expertise in Power Automate
Deep functional expertise in Power Pages
Deep functional expertise in Dataverse security & governance
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformations
8–10+ years in top-tier consulting environments
Led 3–4 full-lifecycle D365 implementations for Top-50 US Health Plans or global payers
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or MBA
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and CRM integration with EHR and Core Administrative Processing Systems (CAPS)
Regulatory Expertise: ACA, Medicare Advantage sales cycles, and Medicaid compliance at state and federal levels

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare strongly preferred
