Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP FICO modules tailored to the specific needs of the food and beverage industry
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs
Configure SAP FICO modules, including financial accounting, cost controlling, product costing, profitability analysis, and reporting, to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Provide expertise in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) to streamline end-to-end business processes
Support month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of SAP FICO module functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred
SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates) are a plus
