Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of listings and escrows from start to close

Prepare and manage listing materials, disclosures, contracts, and timelines

Track key deadlines and ensure files are complete and compliant

Communicate with escrow, title, agents, vendors, and clients as needed

Oversee day-to-day operational tasks to keep the team organized and efficient

Manage calendars, scheduling, and transaction-related logistics

Create and maintain systems, checklists, and workflows

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operations questions

Assist with listing launches, marketing coordination, and updates

Support basic marketing tasks and coordination with vendors

Maintain databases, files, and internal records

Must have real estate license or be in the process of getting licensed
