Assistant Billing - French Speaker

In this role, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring financial flows for a portfolio of clients, communicating with clients regarding accounting matters, and managing contracts and claims.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and counterparties, both verbally and in writing, on all accounting matters related to contracts

Set up accounting and financial flows for new contracts by ensuring accurate provision and input of required data (e.g. contract details, contributors, commissions)

Generate premium issuance and/or claims billing in line with contractual terms

Manage unpaid premiums and claims reminders, including appropriate follow-up actions

Maintain and manage the inventory of assigned client and/or product portfolios

Identify, investigate and allocate unassigned or unallocated funds

Process and manage calls for funds in accordance with contractual and financial requirements

Follow up with clients in line with the Group’s working capital and cash management processes

Required

Knowledge of insurance contract fundamentals is considered an advantage

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to manage priorities effectively and work to deadlines

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
