Responsibilities

Lead Management: Turn leads into dealership appointments and close vehicle sales remotely when appointments cannot be secured

Customer Engagement: Proactively generate new leads from previous dealership customers in sales and our service department, convincing them to upgrade their vehicles

Acquisition Coordination: Schedule appointments for customers to sell their vehicles, collaborating seamlessly with our acquisition team

Urgency & Communication: Respond to new leads with lightning speed, communicating with customers via call, text, and email in an office-based setting. Timeliness and organization are your keys to success and the dealership’s success

Confident Handoffs: Exude confidence on the phone and in person, ensuring a smooth transition to product specialists once appointments arrive

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with sales management to brainstorm and implement strategies for overcoming appointment and sales objections

Teamwork: Collaborate with product specialists to secure appointments and sales when needed
