Required
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
5+ years in a leadership role in aerospace, defence, space systems, or intelligence sectors
Product mindset with the ability to grow products through the entire lifecycle in international markets
Deep technical or market understanding of RF systems, SIGINT, space-based sensing, or geospatial intelligence
Proven success in leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex, distributed programs
Experience with regulated or security-cleared programs
Excellent strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills
Solid organisational structure and awareness of revenue growth drivers
