USCG Contingent - Project Manager
Resource Metrix is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Call Order 1 program in support of the U.S. Coast Guard's acquisition policy and processes. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating reporting, and mentoring team members while ensuring compliance with DHS/USCG policies.

Responsibilities
Own overall FFP delivery, schedule, staffing mix, quality, and risk/issue management across 2.1–2.8
Develop and maintain the Project Plan (due 30 business days post-award) and Business Continuity Plan (due within 30 days)
Coordinate weekly/monthly reporting, agendas/minutes workflow (:3 meetings/week; minutes due within 2 business days)
Interface with KO/COR; ensure timely routing via TMS/DCARS; maintain compliance with DHS/USCG policies (MSAM, NMAP, SELC)
Mentor Alternate PM and task SMEs (Systems Engineering, Cyber/Program Protection), SharePoint Specialist, and Admin Support
Qualification
Required
Master's in Program Management, Business, Engineering, or related field + 6 years major acquisition (5 years PM); OR Bachelor's + 8 years (5 years PM)
Demonstrated experience in DHS/DoD acquisition policy environments; strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week at USCG HQ; may increase
Clearance/Badging: Favorable suitability and CAC via MP-ICAM; DHS IT Security Awareness training required
